Debra Albert is the longest serving leader, aside from its founder, Sheryl Sandberg, of LeanIn.org heading the NYC chapter. She has held executive management roles with large companies and you can bet she has experienced discord and discontent. Her success and observational leadership skills have been honed through decades leading to her 15 year position as Chief Development Officer of Sequent Learning Networks. An intelligent and driven woman elbowing her way through the executive ranks in traditionally male dominated industries, Debra has insights and wisdom that we can all learn from.
